Smart energy and EV readiness planning

Make energy decisions part of the home plan. We help organize the questions behind energy visibility, equipment schedules and a future EV charger before you commit to hardware.

Understand the goal

Visibility comes before automation.

Decide whether you want to understand overall use, compare selected devices or coordinate larger loads. Different monitoring products provide different detail, and any panel-installed equipment belongs with the appropriate electrical provider.

  • Energy-monitoring requirements
  • Household usage priorities
  • Supported device-level information
  • Account and data-access expectations

Future equipment

Consider the systems together.

Solar, battery storage, heat pumps and EV charging can change what a home needs from its electrical system. Our concept brief records these plans for the providers who assess capacity, approvals, interconnection and final design.

  • Solar and battery integration questions
  • EV charging location and usage
  • Load-management requirements
  • Network and control dependencies

Useful schedules

Match control to the actual tariff and equipment.

A supported platform may coordinate selected loads or comfort schedules. Any approach must respect utility terms, equipment limits and household priorities. We do not promise rebates, a payback period or a particular percentage saving.

  • Time-of-use questions for your provider
  • HVAC and shade coordination concepts
  • Manual override priorities
  • Loxone energy-management discussion

Questions before booking

Do you install EV chargers or solar systems?

No. Our current offer is technology planning. Electrical installation, utility coordination and commissioning are separately handled by the appropriate providers.

Can energy planning be a later phase?

Yes. Record likely equipment locations and future goals during a renovation, then have the electrical provider determine what should be prepared now.

A home that works for you

What should your home do for you?

Tell us your town, your priorities and whether you are improving an existing home or planning a renovation. We will agree a useful first step and a clear scope.
