Planning, supported setup and handover.
We organize room priorities, compatibility questions and technology briefs. Agreed non-security device configuration uses existing power and accessible connections. Support covers only the equipment identified in the care agreement.

Separate installation contracts
The right provider for each installed system.
Fixed wiring, electrical controls, thermostat or HVAC connections, TV mounting, shade installation, plumbing and specialist equipment need appropriate providers. You engage those providers directly. We do not represent that a licensed partner network is already in place.

Security and life-safety systems
We do not currently offer installation, repair, maintenance or monitoring of security cameras, alarms, smart locks or access control. Our security and home-protection pages are educational guides. Required smoke/CO protection, emergency response and water-shutoff plumbing belong with the applicable qualified providers.
