A tailored support scope for a larger supported network and non-security automation setup. Include an annual review, an equipment inventory and a record of the providers responsible for systems outside our scope.

Know what your care agreement includes.
Each plan sets the covered equipment, review frequency, included time, contact hours, response target and extra-work rates. Priority scheduling is not a 24/7 guarantee. Camera watching, security-system maintenance, alarm monitoring and emergency response are not offered.
Permission comes before remote access.
Remote access is limited to the agreed session or arrangement. You retain owner accounts. We document supported backup capabilities and restoration steps; a configuration backup is not a guarantee that all household data is protected.
